Shri. M. V. Manikandan is a first-generation entrepreneur, visionary, and social worker. A self-made leader, he started his business with a minimum capital from his father. Fast forward to 12 years of excellence, he now owns five successful companies and has employed a hundred people, positively impacting and changing lives. He actively partakes in sports activities and contributes to social causes such as education and healthcare.

Right from day one, whatever success I have achieved should be attributed to my hard work. Though I am a college dropout, I have ample knowledge on how to run a business, an earning a decent profit.
His calm demeanor and down to earth nature make him an inspiring leader amongst his employees. He quotes Elon Musk as one of his biggest inspirations. A passionate leader and a great motivator, Manikandan aims to open institutes and training centre’s for travel and tourism in the state.
